They’re quick to prep, easy to reheat, and packed with the right nutrients to keep your energy stable all day. No mid-morning crashes, no hormonal rollercoasters.

Most women feel a lot better when they swap carb-heavy breakfasts for something rich in protein and fat— and these egg cups hit the mark with 12g protein + 8g fat each.

The best part—you can make them your way. Add veggies, cheese, herbs, whatever works for you.

Prep once, and you’ve got breakfast figured out for the week.

TURKEY SPINACH FETA EGG CUPS 🍳

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (low fat)

  • One big handful spinach

  • 1/2 cup feta (more if you really love feta)

  • (Optional: 1 cup raw mushrooms or bell pepper)

  • Spices: salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder

  • 1/2 pound browned ground turkey

  • Avocado oil spray

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°f.

2. Brown turkey (or use pre-cooked) and set aside.

3. Add eggs, cottage cheese, veg, feta, and spices to blender.

4. Blend until almost smooth.

5. Spray muffin tins with avocado oil

6. Add 1-2 Tbsp of turkey to each muffin mold.

7. Top with blended egg mixture.

8. Bake for 25 mins. Let rest for 5mins before eating.
