All disease begins in the gut. You’ll learn all about the digestive system, what proper function + dysfunction looks like, how to remove intolerances as necessary and nourish back to health with targeted supplementation.

Nutrition, Quality + Sourcing

This program will teach you how to get back to a natural way of eating, shop + prep with confidence, how to fuel your body + nourish from the inside out. No more cravings, guilt + dieting, just pure satisfaction.

 

Stress-Management

Stress wreaks havoc on our hormones + digestion. In this course, you’ll learn all about my stress bucket theory, how to remove stressors from a biological level, relax your nervous system to activate a state of joy and healing + get back to a calm state of being.

Hormone Balance

When we have our nutrition, digestion + stress under control, our hormones can balance themselves out naturally. However, if your body has been in an imbalanced state for too long, it may need some additional support. This program will guide you there.

Sleep + Movement

How does it work?

We’ll start with food journal and intake forms that will give me an in-depth look at your past health history and current situation. From there, we’ll come up with a game plan for how to get you on the path to healing. Then we’ll meet weekly to make sure we’re staying on track and course correct as needed.

Can I really solve my problem in 3 months?

Most women see significant results in the first month and continue to progress from there. 3 months is the perfect amount of time for most to get the results they are looking for and feel confident in their ability to continue on their own. However, if you’re someone with substantial damage to your GI tract, adrenals, hormones, etc. your journey may take a bit more time.

What are the one-on-one’s like?

Every week we’ll meet via Zoom for 45 mins to discuss the past week’s food/mood/poop journals, your wins for the week, any challenges that you need help getting over and how we can continue to improve your situation. We’ll typically meet at the same day and time each week, unless discussed.

What kind of support can I expect to receive?

In addition to our weekly 1:1 meetings, you’ll have access to me via email 24/7 and I guarantee a response within 24 hours for any questions/concerns that come up in between meetings. In addition to our communications, you’ll receive weekly modules to give you much more context than we can cover in our 45 minute sessions. This information will allow you to dive deeper into the “why” behind your recommendations.

Do I need to track my weight, macros and calories?

Absolutely not (unless you want to)! I find these metrics are actually more detrimental than helpful. To me, tracking what you eat, how you eat, how you digest, and how you feel afterword are much more important. We’ll track your progress via a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire and I encourage you to take photos and inches measurements for your own review.

What if I don’t have much time?

The majority of my clients are busy moms and professionals with minimal time for themselves. By working together, we can find solutions that fit YOUR busy lifestyle and make the whole process easier on you. You can expect to spend about 2-3 hours each week for meetings, tracking and additional learning. The modules can be watched or listened to like a podcast so you can get through them on-the-go.

After years of struggling with digestion issues, depression, yo-yo dieting, absolutely maxed out adrenals and immune disease - and getting zero help from doctors - I decided to take my health into my own hands.
